Blades (North Durham Minor Hockey)

As the new season approaches, we wish to clarify some items as well as share a few changes and exciting new plans!

Do you know of a young person between the ages of 6 & 10 that has never played our great game of hockey and might be interested in trying the sport?   Introducing the NHL/NHLPA FIRST SHIFT.   Designed to help your child fall in love with hockey before you buy all the gear, our six-week learn to play program focuses on having fun while learning basic skills.  Equipment is included with registration, which is only $299. Registration for our Winter 2026 Session Open June 2 at 12:00 pm!  Register early as the program sells out VERY quickly!

All players interested in trying out for a NDMHA Blades  Representative team must register through RAMP Registration  - see links below. Passports are priced per level - A and B/BB.  You can purchase one passport level (example A) and if the player is not successful, purchase the next level (B) after the player's release from the higher level.

Tryout Dates for Representative Teams for the 2025-2026 Season Please Note Warriors U8 & U9 MD and  U18 Tryout for AA, A and BB will be held in the Spring this year!!
