WARRIORS HOUSE LEAGUE, SELECT, REPRESENTATIVE REGISTRATION FOR 2017-18 SEASON

Warriors house league, select, and representative registration is open for the 2017-18 minor hockey season.



Details:

Warriors Representative Players
Full payment of $1,005.00 is due at registration. Please register by July 15, 2017.

Warriors Roster Select Players
Full payment of $800.00 is due at registration. Please register by July 15, 2017.

Warriors Initiation Program Players 
$450.00 before August 15, 2017. $50.00 late fee will apply after August 15, 2017.

Warriors House League Players (Novice to Midget/Juvenile)
$600.00 before August 15, 2017. $50.00 late fee will apply after August 15, 2017.

New players can register online, they don't have to attend in-person.  New players will be required to provide (email to [email protected] or in person) a copy of the players birth certificate and the parents drivers license to confirm address and birth date.  Registration forms are available online if they can't log in to HCR. 

 

Initiation Program - $450 before August 15, $500 after August 15.

 

Novice to Bantam - $600 before August 15, $650 after August 15.

 

Midget will run differently in each town.  Players are allowed to sign up for Uxbridge or Port Perry regardless of where they live.

 

Port Perry will run Midget House League.  They will play two (2), 1 hour games per week.  Fee is $600 before September 15, $650 after September 15. 

 

Uxbridge will run Midget/Juvenile House League.  They will play one (1), 1.5 hour games per week.  Fee is $540 before September 15, $590 after September 15.

 

Juvenile players from Port Perry are encouraged to play in Uxbridge.
