Warriors U13 AA - Kirby Moore

Kirby Moore began his coaching career in 2013 and is Development 1 Certified. He is committed to ongoing education, regularly attending clinics, webinars, and conferences led by coaches from Junior, AHL, and NHL levels. His focus is on structured development, modern systems, and building strong hockey habits through repetition and attention to detail.

With six years of coaching experience in North Durham, including helping lead the 2014 KSL Kings in 2022, Kirby has worked alongside former championship level professional players turned coaches. These experiences have strengthened his approach to player development and team culture.

Kirby’s coaching philosophy centers on creating a fun, competitive environment where players grow both on and off the ice. He emphasizes communication, accountability, and mutual respect, aiming to develop skilled athletes and strong teammates.

A long-time Uxbridge resident, devoted husband, and father of two, Kirby also brings leadership experience as a business owner managing over 120 employees across Canada. His passion for hockey and commitment to mentorship drive his dedication to developing the next generation of players.
