8:00am Last names beginning with A-D Goalies: Brady and Burt
9:00am Last names beginning with E-L Goalies: Conway and Dziedzic
10:00am Last names beginning with M-P Goalies: Fisher and Hayden
11:00am Last name beginning with R-Z Goalies: Mazzaferro and ???
Goalies please note we are looking for one of the first 6 goalies to go back on the ice for the 11:00am time slot. Please let me know as soon as possible who would like to do that.

New this year, a direction from OMHA came to us with information regarding Concussion Awareness. I have attached 2 documents to this email. Please review the document titled "Concussion Awareness" with your player, and please have your player AND a parent/guardian (if under 18) PRINT AND SIGN the Acknowledgement Form. I have also attached the Medical Information Form. PLEASE BRING BOTH OF THE SIGNED FORMS WITH YOU TO THE FIRST EVALUATION.
You will NOT be allowed to play a game without these forms submitted.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL PLAYERS, CELL PHONES ARE BEST LEFT AT HOME, AND NOT BROUGHT INTO DRESSING ROOMS.
