North Durham has made some changes to our tryout process to reflect the OHF Freedom of Movement and Open Border Policy.
All players interested in trying out for a NDMHA Representative team must register through the Hockey Canada Registry (Spordle) - see links below.
Make sure your players Hockey Canada profile is up to date. Ensure you have the correct address on your player's profile, verified with a valid driver's license (upload in the documents section of your player's profile).
HCR NOTE - if you have not moved, be sure to click NO when asked if your address has changed.
Passports are priced per level - AA, A and BB.
Parents are strongly urged to commence evaluations at the level they want their child to make. No longer do players need to tryout at the level above.
Example: Player X wants to make a A team, player X is encouraged to start at A evaluations not AA. Player X does not need to attend AA evaluations. Cost to attend A evaluations is $65. To attend both AA and A evaluations, the cost would be $130.
You can purchase one passport level (example AA) and if the player is not successful, purchase the next level (A) after the player's release from the higher level.
Rep tryout passports are available from April 3rd onward, through the NDMHA website. Players must register for the specific level they wish to attend. If you are attending multiple levels of tryouts, you must purchase a passport for each level.
