Referee Assignor
The Referee assignor is responsible for assigning on-ice
officials to NDMHA home games for all house league and representative games for
both Blades and Warriors. This includes
tryouts, exhibition, regular season, playdown and tournament games. This is a paid position.
Duties Include:
- Assign or ensure a responsible substitute is
delegated to assign appropriate officials for all tryout, league, play-off, and
exhibition games under the jurisdiction of the Association (House League and
Representative)

Assigns and schedule officials for Association’s
tournaments in coordination with the Tournament Directors.
- Use the Officials Scheduling tool on the North
Durham website to assign officials.
- Responsible for submitting the house league
official’s payroll to the office for payment monthly.
