2019-2020 Programming for Novice & Below
Submitted By Tina Dawson on Wednesday, February 20, 2019
In the ongoing implementation of the Hockey Canada Player Pathways, the OMHA and OWHA have created documents to help players, parents and associations understand the programming for Novice & below.

Some of the Key Changes are:
  • Re-naming what had previously been known as the "Tyke" Division (7 year-old), which moving forward will now be known as "Minor Novice"
  • Novice will start the season on half-ice and transition to full ice in January
