BLADES REGISTRATION FOR 2017-18 SEASON

Registration for the 2017-18 season is open for the North Durham Blades.



North Durham Blades 2017-18 Registration:

 

Intermediate - 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008

Senior - 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003

 

Blades House League will play 1 day per week in Uxbridge and 1 day per week in Port Perry.

 

Registration Fee:
$600 before September 15.
$650 after September 15.

Registration Forms can be completed and emailed or dropped off with payment at either arena or at in-person registration (dates to follow, one will be held in Uxbridge and one will be held in Port Perry before August 15). We also need a copy of the players birth certificate for all new players.
