Warriors U18 AA Adam Keunen Memorial Tournament Champions!
It was a golden weekend for the North Durham 18UAA Warriors, capturing top honours in the Adam Keunen Memorial Tournament in St. Catharines, December 7-10, 2023. With a record of 3-1 in the round robin, the team finished in first place to earn its spot in the finals on Sunday against its nemesis, King Rebellion. Previous games against the Rebellion were intense and physical and Sunday’s championship game was too. But the Warriors were the better team and came out on top in a 2-1 barnburner. It was a total team effort all weekend. And a memorable way to celebrate the last tournament for our second year Warriors.
